Ladies and gentlemen, please, can you bring your attention to me?

Welcome to the home of my varied tastes in television, with a bit of music on the side. Generally that will revolve around the world of reality TV, which is kind of all that I watch, whether it be from my good old UK - Britain's Got Talent, Big Brother, The Apprentice, X Factor, Hell's Kitchen, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here or The Restaurant, to name the ones off the top of my head - or from the USA - American Idol, Project Runway, The Fashion Show (when it starts) and my saving grace, The Amazing Race (ooh, that rhymes!). Along the way other shows might appear, or just general comments that I want to talk about.

In the words of the immortal Heidi Klum, "Either you're in...or you're out."
